I cant believe Rhianna won the Style Icon Award ,this is some bullshit , shes over promote and comes across as a whore. sorry people. But she's irritating me, if I have to see her with her knickers off one more time I'll scream, she seem's talented but its a shame she doesnt seem to care that she been played like a fucking piano,Is the only way to get famous and rich nowadays is to act like a whore.

I want to make this blog the best blog for curvy women so I going to be updating more of and going to me making my own clothes.I always wanted to be a model but unfortuately I dont have perfect straight teeth and I am not a size zero but I dont think this should.stop my dream .Fashion should include women of all sizes .my favourite blog for fashion got to be Greta sewing blog .she one stylish girl with her retro chic .Hopefully I can be as good as her and make a living from blogging so I dont have to work a 9 to 5.Bye for now

Today the snow had mostly gone but it was still cold so I worn a floral dress from simply be and purple leggings from primark.Love this look its great from curvy girls like me and I don't have any clothing cutting of my circulation around my waist lol

I wanted this blue bubble jacket from marks and spencer but after trying it on, l decided l didnt like the colour but its a lovely jacket its retails for 69 pounds,I'm wearing the large size.

Three matalan dress for curvy girls Jan 2013

This is a lovely malatan dress but l like my dresses to flare out at the waist so l didnt  buy this one  but its still very nice , this is a size 16 and the belt was to small too.

Matalan dress same as below but in size 18,this dress is  to big and  baggy but  l  brought this dress in size 16 in both colours as l will be losing the 2 and half stone l put on.

Catrice Cosmestic Nail polish

Here's some pictures of the nail polish l brought on my trip to kaufhof department store in monchengladbach, germany.Monchengladbach is that next major city for me since l live near the border of germany and netherlands .Its a great little city with about quarter million people living there and you can also get lots of products for afro hair there,there quite a few afro shops there.This is where l go for my hair products.

The colour's called the pinky and the brain 790 ,its was only 2.50 euro and its a lovely shade of pink.I used two to three coats as l hate peeling nail vanish ,l should really start wearing gloves to wash plates and other manual work but for now l'll have to topup my nail polish,untill l get some gloves.

Primark playsuit uk size 16 ( polka dots) and my new h and m checked shirt

 When your a Uk size 16 it can be hard to find clothes especially in Netherlands as most Dutch women are quite slim ,but what can you expected if half of them ride single gear bicycle's and the other half ride gear bicycles.In Amsterdam last summer it was a nightmare trying to find clothes in a size 16/44 but down south in Limburg where l live Dutch women get fatter and shorter so its not to bad.
I still struggle to buy shoes in a size 42/8 as the women aren't as tall and don't have big feet in Limburg, Netherlands thou .I'm 5ft 8 1/2 inches or 174cm, l'm tall then the average women in the uk but probably the same height in the netherlands but who wants to be average but up north in Amsterdam l felt short lol, most women up north are my height or taller and you can always get you size 42/8 in shoes.

So when l went shopping in Essen , Germany and snapped up  this lovely playsuit (romper) which is black and white polka dots, its a uk size 16,thanks god, the Primark in  Essen better then the one in my home town of Manchester, l also brought a lovely checked shirt from h and m this is a size 16 too. l love both items and will enjoy wearing them since summer here.

My new Pattern Cutting books by winifred aldrich

On the ABC pattern cutting course l did at college, this is where the instruction sheets were copied from and this is the book my tutor says l needed.Its an expensive book even on amazon but its an investment, in my future plans to be an talior. l brought for £21.95 on amazon and its worth every penny.The first thing l'm doing from this book is making a closed fitted gingham shirt in pink gingham ,pictures coming soon.

My Sewing Machine

Here my sewing machine ,this is what l use to create all the magic on.Its Joy sewing machine , that l brought online for £65.00 pounds. And it works like a dream, l've had it for about 3 years.And l brought it online at
http://www.ace-apparelcraftequipment.co.uk/ .l was looking long and hard for a sewing machine, but most of them were out of my budget , so when l saw sewing machine at that price l jumped at the chance to buy it, as most full size new sewing machine start at 80 pounds upwards.And its been a great buy.
 l've also been searching online for new sewing machine feets that l don't have and have notice lots of complaints about joy sewing machines, l was really surpise about this but l can honestly say my machine works like a dream.I havent experience any of the faults other people have with my joy sewing machine  thank goodness.

MARC JACOBS House of Marc Snappy bowling bag

The first thing l want on my fashion must have's is a MARC BY MARC JACOBS House of Marc Snappy bowling bag.

This bag is lovely in person ,its caught my eye as l was wandering though Selfridge's

. Its more pink purple colour ,then it shows on the picture . it has amazing soft leather  and l was surprise how cheap it was, l thought it be £600 pounds but it was only £335 .

l found with alot of marc jacobs bags, their start a reasonable price of £150 upwards . This is way more afford then a louis vittion bag, that seems to start from £600 pounds upwards.

As l was looking at selfridge's website l notice Marc jacobs bag's come in lots of difference style's , l'll have to keep an eye out  in future on marc jacobs bags.

As good quality handbag is hard to come by and cheap bags look good but always fall part quickly ,especially the zips. l'm fed up of replacing zips on bags.l'll be save up for this marc jacobs bag because l think it a quality bag and l think it last years. And some times it important to pay for quality.

Another think l notice in these designer shops is how great the customer service is. the staff are really friendly , the lady that served me didn't mind me asking how long it would be in stock for. As l need to know how long l had to save up for it.

She kindly told me it would be available untill Christmas , so l'll be saving hard for it  l'll update you if l manage to save up in time.
